Deposit & Payment

• 50% of the reservation value is paid as a deposit at the time of booking, this deposit is non-refundable.
• The other 50% is paid 5 days before the check-in date, you’ll receive an email with a payment link to complete your booking 5 days before your check-in.

General Rules

• No Pets allowed
• This is a house full of Antiques and  Family Treasures. We would ask guests to respect this.
• On arrival you have the option to have anything removed on request especially where children are our guests.
• We do not permit RV or Camper Vans on the premises
• Guests numbers must be those as booked additional guests will be asked to leave.
• We provide lots of lovely Bathroom towels, we also provide outdoor towels. Please use them appropriately.
• Nothing should be removed from the walls of the property under any circumstances.
• Nothing should be burnt on the fires indoors or outside except for suitable fuel. We provide lots of firewood.
• Furniture must not be rearranged to any great degree without prior agreement  and assistance from the Manager
• Have a lovely Stay!
